The evil Carrot is the product of an experiment gone bad. Now a living breathing creature the doctor, using his super intellect, and helped by the cyborg Rab-Bot, terrorizes the world in the name of "Veggie Rights".

Rab-Bot was originally Prof. Jackson Rabbit. The creator of the experiment that made the evil Carrot. In the explosion at the lab the professor was seriously injured. The evil Carrot took him and gave him a new life as the cyborg Rab-Bot, leader of his "Veggie Coalition".
